What to Expect
Seminar Information
We welcome visitors for Work Days and Seminars. Please let us know your plans in advance (contact Nanji Davison at registrar@campcaravan.org) so we can confirm the schedule with you. Our weather is very variable, and we work on outdoor practical tasks including gardening, painting, etc. Here are some suggested items to bring
Throughout the year:
- sturdy boots
- work gloves
- comfortable clothing for Gurdjieff Movements
- clothes for gardening/construction
- extra tools
Summer:
- insect repellent
- sunscreen
- hat
- bug net
- swimsuit
Winter:
- warm socks
- long underwear
- warm hat
- warm jacket
- layers
Intensives and Seminars (overnights)
- Flashlight
- Bathrobe
- Extra changes of clothes, especially work clothes
- Towels and pillow
- Wristwatch and/or alarm
- Clean hat or scarf
- Black slacks or skirt and white top for Movements Open Classes
- A nice outfit for celebrations
- Musical instruments/drum (optional)
- Flip-flops or other shoes that can get wet
